TERMS OF USE
Use of the Official Site of “ONE EARTH MISSION” (hereinafter referred to as the “Official Site”) will be subject to the following conditions:
Copyright
The Official Site is operated by the Saito Kinen Orchestra Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”). All copyright for text, video images, photographs, and other information found on the Official Site belongs to the Foundation or their respective copyright holders. Reproduction or public transmission (including actions that make available for transmission) or any other use of any or all such information without the expressed consent of the Foundation or the copyright holder shall infringe copyright held by the Foundation, the respective copyright holders, or of portrait rights held by the persons pictured. Those who infringe the copyright may be held criminally liable for infringement of copyright under Japanese Copyright Law.
Citation
Japanese Copyright Law states that ‘Any works already made public may be used with citation' as long as such citations 'shall be consistent with fair practice and shall be made to the extent justified for the purposes of reporting, criticism, research or other citations, etc.. Judicial precedents regarding Copyright Law specifies that citations must:
(1) Clearly state the source
(2) Have clear distinction between original material and citation
(3) Ensure that the cited material remains strictly subsidiary to the original text and
(4) Ensure that the cited material does not infringe the moral rights of the copyright holder in the cited material.
The copyright of the information on the Official Site belongs to the Foundation, except as specifically stated.
Exemption
Although the Foundation assures the accuracy of the information provided on the Official Site, the foundation does not assume any responsibility for any and all actions taken by the users using the Official site. The Foundation shall not be responsible for any damage that may result through either the use of information from the Official Site or the inability to use such information. The Foundation shall not be responsible for the accuracy of the information found on the sites linked to the Official Site. Any problems that may result, either directly or indirectly, must be held accountable to the operators of each individual site. Please use the information on the Official Site according to the user's own responsibility and judgment.
The Foundation shall not be responsible for any computer virus infection or system problems, errors, or damage that may result from the use of the Official Site. Also, the Foundation shall not be responsible for any damage that may result from the use of any materials found on the Official Site.
Links
Any company, organization, or individual may place links to the Official Site from any webpage, with the exception of the following sites:
The sites that slander or defame the Foundation or any other individual or organization
The sites that contain obscene material or otherwise violate law or social morals
Any links that alter the Foundation’s website design.
Others
It may occur that a part of the Official Site's information or URL is changed or deleted without prior notice.
The name of companies, works and logos found on the Official Site are registered trademarks of each organization or distributor.
Due to technical limitations, it may occur that the form of characters used on the Official Site differ from the one used in published works (i.e. platform dependent characters; Japanese name characters, etc.).
Due to maintenance or system damages, it may occur that the provision of information
on the Official Site shall temporarily suspended.
